Starting his career designing bionic legs for humans, the certified orthotist soon discovered his true calling in assisting animals. Today, he works at Animal Ortho Care in Sterling, Virginia. Utilizing highly durable, medісаɩ-grade plastics, Campana crafts prosthetic legs to aid animals in need. While he has helped пᴜmeгoᴜѕ animals, one particular moment touched him deeply – witnessing Angel Marie take her first steps. He expressed, “Seeing her walk and having her here today, walking, is simply a dream come true. It’s a mігасɩe.”
Lennie Green, Angel Marie’s owner, believes Campana saved her pony’s life and feels an overwhelming sense of gratitude. She shared, “The kids absolutely adore her. And she loves kids too. It’s truly remarkable. Without the prosthetics, she wouldn’t have made it.”
